Ex-Smoker Susie

Testimonial – this is a contributed article from Susie…
I quit for seven years between 1996 and 2003. I had a baby in Jan 2006 (I did not smoke during pregnancy). In May 2006 I started smoking again. With the help of patches I quit in Feb 2007, but started again in May 2007. With the help of pastilles I quit between Oct 2008 and May 2009. Finally I decided to try the willpower method and after reading Allen Carr’s Easyway I haven’t smoked now since Oct 2009. I am finding it hard to resist the temptation to smoke in times of stress.
Thank you very much for sharing your experience Susie, it’s good to be a non-smoker again no doubt.
We did it and so can you, make the decision today, quit smoking for good!

Congrats Susie, for this. Well i also tried to quit smoking by my will power but not succeed. Then i can to know about electronic cigarettes and alternative healthy smoking technology. I am thankful to Ecig510 , with the help of this i started reducing my smoke time.
