I have had great success so far with the Nicotine patch. Most states offer free 2 week’s supply of the patch. I would check your states quit line website and see if they offer it as well. I was a smoker for 15 years but now I haven’t had a cigarette for 4 weeks. Now, it has become a positive challenge and not to mention, the money I saved in 4 weeks I was able to spend on a few small “gifts” for myself as a reward. Totally worth it no doubt. I really do recommend the nicotine patch, although it’s not really easy.
